Consent to the processing of personal data

By using this website and/or by contacting us by email, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I, the user of the website https://chuchuna.ru (hereinafter – the “Data Subject”), give my consent to Limited Liability Company «Chuchuna» (LLC «Chuchuna», TIN 1435357745/ PSRN 1211400000624, address: 677013, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Yakutsk, Ilmenskaya str., 61/1b, apt. 104) to process my personal data, both with and without the use of automation means, for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://chuchuna.ru/en/privacy-policy/.

List of personal data for which consent is given:

surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
date of birth (if necessary);
passport data (series, number, issued by and when) – in case of concluding a contract;
contact phone number;
email address;
tour details (name, date, number of people) as specified in the application form;
any other data that I voluntarily provide for the conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of tourist services (e.g., information for insurance, visa support, etc.).

List of actions with personal data:

collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision) to third parties participating in the provision of services (hotels, insurance companies, transport companies, visa centres, etc.), blocking, deletion, destruction.

Purposes of processing:

Processing of incoming requests for tours and services, consulting.
Conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of tourist services, including hotel bookings, insurance arrangements, organisation of transfers and excursions.

Retention period: in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this consent.

Procedure for withdrawal of consent:

This consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written notice to travel@chuchuna.ru or by postal mail to the Operator’s legal address. Upon withdrawal of consent, the Operator is obliged to stop processing the personal data and destroy them, unless otherwise provided by law (e.g., for the performance of tax obligations). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

I confirm that I have been informed of the rights of personal data subjects provided for in Chapter 3 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data”, and of the Operator’s Privacy Policy.
