If you guarantee your arrival by providing a copy of your confirmed airline tickets or an approved Russian visa, we will secure your spot and guide availability immediately without a deposit.

Official tour booking and payment procedures are executed in strict compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. All formal invoices are generated in Russian Rubles (RUB). Upon request, corporate or individual invoices can be converted into USD or EUR for your accounting convenience.

1. Cash Payment Upon Arrival (Recommended)

The most seamless and reliable way is to pay the tour balance in cash directly at our main office in Yakutsk on the first day of your itinerary. We officially accept Russian Rubles (RUB). Foreign currency cash (USD / EUR) can be easily converted at local authorized bank branches located near our office.

2. Remote Wire Transfer (For Small Deposits)

If your travel insurance or local visa center strictly requires an official bank transaction confirmation beforehand, we can accept a small down payment through alternative international settlement channels or regional bank partners. Please coordinate directly with our team to find the most cost-effective routing based on your country of residence.

3. International Corporate Invoice (SWIFT)

For corporate groups and organizations, we provide full legal contracts and issue formal bank invoices. Please note that standard international SWIFT transfers to Russia currently face processing delays and require 5 to 10 business days to clear.
