Limited Liability Company «Chuchuna» (hereinafter – the “Operator”, “we”, “our”, “us”), address: 677013, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Yakutsk, Ilmenskaya str., 61/1b, apt. 104, attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and the security of your personal data.

This Policy is intended to inform you about our actions regarding the collection, processing and protection of your personal data for the purposes stated below, both on the website chuchuna.ru and during the conclusion and performance of contracts for the provision of tourist services.

We comply with the requirements of Russian legislation in the field of personal data. When processing personal data, we adhere to the principles set out in Article 5 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter – 152‑FZ).

Definitions

Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (personal data subject);

Personal data operator (operator) – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation means or without such means. Processing of personal data includes, but is not limited to:

  • recording;
  • systematisation;
  • accumulation;
  • storage;
  • clarification (update, modification);
  • extraction;
  • use;
  • transfer (dissemination, provision, access);
  • anonymisation;
  • blocking;
  • deletion;
  • destruction;

Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;

Dissemination of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons;

Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of processing (except when processing is necessary for clarification of data);

Destruction of personal data – actions that make it impossible to restore the content of personal data in the information system and/or that destroy the physical media of personal data;

Anonymisation – actions that make it impossible, without additional information, to determine the belonging of personal data to a specific subject;

Information system of personal data – a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;

Cross‑border transfer – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign authority, foreign individual or foreign legal entity.

1. Scope of the Policy

This Policy informs you about our actions concerning the collection, processing and protection of your personal data for the purposes stated below, both on the website chuchuna.ru and during the conclusion and performance of contracts for the provision of tourist services.

The processing operations covered by this Policy are listed in Section 3 “Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data”.

Please note that our website may contain links to third‑party resources that we do not control and to which this Policy does not apply.

2. Collection of Personal Data of Minors

Our website is not intended for the processing of personal data of minors. If you have reason to believe that a minor has provided us with their personal data through the website or by email, please notify us by writing to travel@chuchuna.ru.

3. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

On the website and in the course of our activities, we process your personal data for the purposes described below.

3.1. Processing of incoming requests for services (via forms on the website)

  • Purpose of processing: Processing of incoming requests for services provided by the Operator.
  • Personal data processed for this purpose: first name; phone number; email; date; number of people; tour name (optional).
  • Actions with data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, provision (access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 of 152‑FZ).
  • Retention period: until we refuse further discussion of your request or until the conclusion of a contract (whichever occurs first). After that, the data is destroyed or anonymised.

3.2. Conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of tourist services

  • Purpose of processing: conclusion and performance of a contract to which the personal data subject (tourist) is a party, including hotel bookings, insurance arrangements, organisation of transfers, excursions and other services.
  • Personal data that may be processed: surname, first name, patronymic (if any); date of birth; passport data (series, number, issued by and when); contact phone number; email address; tour details (name, dates, route); information required for insurance policies and visas (if necessary); and any other data that you voluntarily provide for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
  • Actions with data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision) to third parties (hotels, insurance companies, transport companies, visa centres, etc.), blocking, deletion, destruction.
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (Clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of 152‑FZ). Additional separate consent may be requested in cases provided for by law.
  • Retention period: during the term of the contract and for 5 years after its termination (in accordance with archival and tax legislation requirements), or until the expiry of limitation periods, unless otherwise established by law. After these periods, the data is destroyed or anonymised.

4. Your Rights

In accordance with 152‑FZ, you have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

  • The right to access your personal data;
  • The right to request correction (updating) of your data;
  • The right to object to our actions or omissions;
  • The right to appeal decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing (including profiling) that have legal or significant effects on you;
  • The right to withdraw your consent at any time.

4.1. Request for additional identification information
When exercising your rights, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We will request only the minimum necessary information. If you do not provide such information, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

4.2. Fee for excessive requests
Information regarding your rights is provided free of charge. If your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (especially if repetitive), we may either refuse to respond or charge a reasonable fee for providing the information.

4.3. Right of access
You have the right to obtain from us confirmation of whether we process your personal data, and, if so, access to the data and the following information:

  • confirmation of the fact of processing;
  • legal grounds and purposes of processing;
  • methods of processing used;
  • our name and address, and information about third parties who have access to your data (except employees);
  • the categories of personal data we process and their source;
  • retention periods;
  • the procedure for exercising your rights;
  • information about any cross‑border data transfers;
  • the name and address of any third party processing data on our behalf.

4.4. Right to correction
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that your data is accurate, complete and up‑to‑date. If you believe that your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction without undue delay.

4.5. Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. To do so, you may contact the territorial office of Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) in your region or contact us directly.

4.6. Right to appeal automated decisions
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. If we have made such a decision, you may contact us for a review.

4.7. Right to withdraw consent
If we process your data based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

4.8. How to exercise your rights
You can send a written request to our postal address (677013, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Yakutsk, Ilmenskaya str., 61/1b, apt. 104) or by email to travel@chuchuna.ru. The request should include: your full name, a copy of your identification document (type, series and number, issued by whom and when), a description of your relationship with us (to confirm that we process your data), and your signature (or that of your authorised representative). For email requests, an electronic signature compliant with Russian law may be required.

4.9. Limitations on fulfilling your rights
We may restrict your rights of access, correction, blocking or deletion in the following cases:

  • processing is carried out for national defence, state security or law enforcement purposes;
  • processing is performed by authorities that have detained you as a suspect or accused, as provided by criminal procedure law;
  • processing is required by anti‑money laundering or counter‑terrorism legislation;
  • granting access would violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties;
  • processing is required for transport security in accordance with Russian law;
  • we have other lawful grounds for continuing processing.

If we cannot fulfil your request, we will provide you with a reasoned refusal.

5. Cookies and Automated Logging

Our website does not use cookies or other means of automated collection of personal data for marketing or analytics purposes.

Our web servers may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, request timestamp, and the pages you visit. This information is used solely for the technical operation and security of the website – to ensure proper functioning, to diagnose problems, and to prevent attacks. This technical data is not combined with other personal data, does not allow us to identify you as an individual, and is processed on the legal basis provided for in Clause 2, Part 1, Article 6 of 152‑FZ (performance of functions and duties imposed by law).

We consider all personal data we collect and store as confidential information. We protect it from loss, alteration, or unauthorised access in accordance with Russian personal data laws. To this end, we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption, access control, secure servers, and regular security audits. We continuously improve our data protection systems.

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the website or by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data. The latest version is always available at the page where this text is published.
