Water tour on the Sinyaya River on 6-10 person catamarans with outboard motor.

The route passes through two natural parks, covering all the cliffs of the Sinyaya River and the Lena Pillars.

The water here is crystal clear, abundant with fish and wild animals. And the majestic pillars, lined up in a row, look like warriors guarding the pristine and primeval nature from everything bad.

A calm and safe route, rich in beautiful landscapes. You will enjoy fishing, swimming, the majestic Sinsk and Lena Pillars, overnight stays in tents, campfire meals, and pleasant company.

A journey to this region is a vacation you will never forget.

✨ What makes it special?

  • 🏔️ Lena Pillars from the water and from a height of 350 m — the final chord: entering the great Lena River and climbing an equipped observation deck above the stone forest.

⏱️ Tour program

🌄 Day 1. Departure from Yakutsk.

If you arrive on the start day of the tour, please inform us of your flight number in advance. Airport transfer is available until 8:00 AM. For individual rafting trips, the meeting and departure time may be adjusted depending on your arrival time in Yakutsk.

The meeting point will be agreed upon closer to the hike date (usually near the Yakutsk Bus Station area).

9:00 AM Departure from Yakutsk to Berdigestyakh village (187 km) by bus along the federal highway “Vilyuy”.

— Lunch: at a roadside cafe (cost not included in the tour price, average bill about 500 RUB per person), approximately at 12:00 PM.

— After lunch, transfer and luggage reload onto off-road vehicles with low-pressure tires. Then we depart from Berdigestyakh village towards the Sinyaya River, distance about 90 km. Travel time is about 6–7 hours.

Communication features: From Berdigestyakh onwards, mobile phone signal gradually disappears until the end of the route along the Sinyaya River.

— The road is difficult; reaching the starting point of the route is only possible by off-road vehicles. The route goes through off-road and swampy sections of the Yakut taiga, which will add special impressions and vivid emotions to the trip.

— Overnight stay at the “Uorannah” or “Oron Bes” recreation base. Accommodation in tents or, in bad weather, in taiga cabins.

🌄 Day 2. Start of rafting.

Start of the hike and viewing of ancient petroglyphs.

After the catamarans are prepared, a boat trip on the river (direction towards the Kyra Tas River). The route includes a stop to view the “Andreevskie” petroglyphs.

The ancient drawings date back to approximately the 1st–2nd millennium BC and have significant historical and cultural value. They confirm that these lands were inhabited by people in ancient times.

🌄 Day 3. “Heart” Rocks.

The Sinyaya River basin is rich and diverse in wildlife. Moose are especially numerous; they can be seen in the early morning hours when they come to water. Bears, roe deer, hares, foxes, squirrels and other inhabitants of the Yakut taiga are found along the banks.

It is interesting to note that ancient rock paintings depict hunting scenes of these animals, indicating the importance of these animals in the lives of ancient people.

On this day, we plan to reach a group of rocks known as “Heart”, which will be our destination.

🌄 Day 4. To the Singing Rocks.

We set off to the Singing Rocks, which reach a height of 125 m. Due to the structure of the rocks, the wind wandering among them creates a special sound.

Also to the “Amma Chygyn” petroglyphs, discovered in 1993 on the left bank of the Sinyaya River, 54 km from the mouth. Here, nine surfaces with 163 drawings made with dark red, red, and light red ochre are distinguished. The preservation of the drawings is satisfactory.

🌄 Day 5. Rest day at the Singing Rocks.

Rest day. Free day on the Sinyaya River at the Singing Rocks. On this day, relaxation, fishing, and an excursion to a 250-meter high observation deck offering a magnificent view of the rocks and the Sinyaya River are planned. We will also walk through the mysterious grottoes of the Singing Rocks, whose name is associated with the characteristic hum created by the wind passing through the rock openings and causing an unusual echo.

🌄 Day 6. Continuation of rafting.

Continuation of the boat trip to the long ridge of rocks Yunkyur.

🌄 Day 7. Lena Pillars.

The boat trip will continue to Sinsk village, after which you will enter the Lena River — the longest river in Russia and one of the largest in the world. Its wide expanses and power will amaze you with their beauty and grandeur.

If conditions are favorable and desired, there will be an opportunity to view the ancient petroglyphs “Petrovskie” (if the water level in the Lena River is sufficient).

Then we will continue the tour along the Lena River to the famous Lena Pillars — one of the most picturesque natural monuments in Russia. Here you can take a walk through the park on your own; the park has an equipped trail that allows you to climb to a 350-meter high observation deck offering a breathtaking view of the Lena River and the Lena Pillars.

We continue the hike. Setting up a tent camp on a sandy island or on the left bank of the Lena River.

🌄 Day 8. End of rafting.

The hike will end near Tit-Ary village (Khangalassky district), after which the equipment will be collected and dried, and lunch will be served. Then we will board a bus and go to Yakutsk — the journey will be about 185 km. You will arrive in Yakutsk late in the evening.

On the way back, if possible and if the group wishes, at an additional cost, we can stop and go by motor boats to the Tukulaan sand dune — Kyysyl Elyesin. (We will decide closer to the date in the common chat).

The Tukulaan sand dune (Kyysyl Elyesin) is a true natural wonder and one of the unique natural monuments of the region. A huge dune formed by winds over thousands of years, it impresses with its scale and unusual shape. It resembles a lying giant dragon, about 1.5 km long, and reaches a height of 40 meters.

This place is truly mesmerizing with its uniqueness and mystical atmosphere.
