We invite you to go on an unforgettable five-day adventure through North Korea. The tour will take place in Rajin Sonbon (Rason), a special trade and economic zone of the DPRK. In addition, the holiday will take place during the celebration of Sun Day – the birthday of the founder of the DPRK. Kim Il Sung.

You will find excursions to cultural sites and industrial enterprises, walks along the sea coast and Pi Pha Island, kimchi making master classes, meetings with talented schoolchildren and live concerts, tastings of local beer and comfortable accommodation with three meals a day.

Tour duration: 5 days/4 nights

Dates: April 13 – April 17, 2026

Tour route: Vladivostok – Tumangan – Rason – Tumangan – Vladivostok.

Tour cost: 10,000 rub. + $450*

(*for a group of 6-9 people – 10,000 rubles + 550 $
Children under 2 years old – $100)

  • – the cost of the tour consists of two parts. The first part is paid when booking the tour. The second part (cash only, new US dollars) is paid upon arrival in Vladivostok.

Discounts:

  • children from 3 to 13 years old – 30% of the cost of the dollar part.
  • 5,000 rub. SVO participants.

Required documents: foreign passport of the Russian Federation (valid for at least 3 months from the end of the tour), a completed application form with a signature, a color photograph in electronic form 3×4 (on a white background, without corners), a certificate from the place of work in free form (must confirm the fact of the tourist’s employment in the organization and compliance with the position specified in the application form).

For children under 18 years of age: Foreign passport of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation (valid for at least 3 months from the end of the tour), a completed application form with a parent’s signature, a color photograph in electronic form 3×4 (on a white background, without corners), an original birth certificate, if the child is traveling without parents – a notarized consent to travel independently to the DPRK or for an accompanying person.

Tour program:

1 day
(April 13, Monday)

Departure from Vladivostok from the Lugovaya stop to the village of Khasan (Primorsky Territory) by bus (collection at stops along the route, travel time 5 hours). Sanitary stop in Barabash village (about 15 minutes)

  • Crossing the state border between the Russian Federation and the DPRK by train, going through customs, meeting with Korean guides
  • Transfer from the village. Tumangan to Rason (along the way lunch at the restaurant)
  • Visit Bank “Golden Delta” in Rason (exchange rubles/dollars to Chinese yuan)
  • Sightseeing tour with visiting an art gallery and a school uniform factory.
  • Excursion to greenhouse of kimirsaenghwa and kimjeongirhwa flowers (national flowers of North Korea).
  • Dinner.
  • Check-in at the hotel. Free time.

Day 2
(April 14, Tuesday)

Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Visit foreign book store. Souvenir shop.
  • Tour of comprehensive school for gifted children
  • Visit memorial site for Soviet soldiers, laying flowers (optional).
  • Lunch at the restaurant.
  • Walk in central Hae’an City Park.
  • Performance by students of the school of taekwondo – Korean martial art.
  • Excursion to Palace of Children’s Creativity with visiting music and embroidery classes. Concert.
  • Dinner at the restaurant.
  • Return to the hotel. Free time.

Day 3
(April 15, Wednesday)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Pipha Island (the island is named after the musical folk instrument Pipha).

  • Walk along the eco-trail, along the sea coast.
  • Visit Joseonnot National Clothes Pavilion (Can be rented and photographed, paid additionally – 35 yuan/person)
  • Sea trip on a sea boat. (additional 100 yuan/person (depending on weather conditions).
  • Lunch at the restaurant.
  • Excursion to Baekhaksan food processing plant.
  • Visit beer bar “Tumangan” (Tasting of the most famous and popular beer brand in the DPRK for an additional fee)
  • Master class on making Kimchi. (additional payment 10 yuan/person).
  • Dinner at the restaurant.
  • Return to the hotel. Free time.

4 day
(April 16, Thursday)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Cheonhak.

  • Visit Chonhak Sanatorium and Hot Springs (optional swimming – 30 yuan)
  • Dinner.
  • Excursion to reindeer farm of the Sonbon Nature Reserve.
  • Visit enterprises for the production of bottled spring water.
  • Return to the hotel. Dinner. Free time.

5 day
(April 17, Friday)

Breakfast at the hotel, check-out. Departure to Tumangan.

  • Excursion to swan department of the Pupho agricultural enterprise.
  • Visit house of friendship between the Russian Federation and the DPRK.
  • Seungjeongdae Historical Monument. At this location there is an observation deck from where there is a view of the three borders between Russia, North Korea and China.
  • Transfer to the station Tumangan. Crossing the border by train Tumangan-Khasan.
  • Departure from Khasan to Vladivostok with a sanitary stop in the village of Barabash by bus.

Later return to Vladivostok.

NOTE:

  • Time stamps in the program are indicative and depend on weather and other factors.
  • The program may be adjusted for objective reasons, and the tour operator reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the object of visit (museums and cultural sites), places of overnight stays and adjust the travel schedule.

Terms of booking and payment

  • The tour is considered booked upon payment of the ruble portion based on the contract.
  • The rest of the payment must be made no later than 2 (two) calendar days before the start of the tour in Vladivostok, unless other terms or other forms of payment are agreed upon additionally.

The tour price includes:

  • transfer Vladivostok-Khasan-Vladivostok, train Khasan-Tumangan-Khasan
  • visa, medical insurance; 
  • support of Russian-speaking guides,
  • excursions according to the program,
  • three meals a day,
  • hotel accommodation (double occupancy).

The price does not include:

  • Air tickets from Yakutsk to Vladivostok and back (assistance in obtaining a subsidized air ticket is possible).
  • Supplement for choosing the type of accommodation or for single occupancy without sharing (100 yuan per night)
  • Meals outside the program.
  • Personal expenses of tourists
  • Walk on the sea tram (optional).
  • Souvenir and alcoholic products.
  • Tips for guides and driver (optional).

If you wish, when visiting the Monument to Soviet Soldiers you can buy a bouquet of flowers (cost from 30 yuan). When visiting the Bronze Statues of the Great Leaders of the DPRK, you can optionally buy bouquets of flowers, the cost starts from 30 yuan per bouquet. For the children’s concert, you can optionally purchase bouquets of flowers at the Palace of Pioneers.

If you wish, you can bring treats for children (chocolates, gingerbreads, waffles and other Russian-made products), magnets and any other souvenirs. The guides and driver will be happy to receive any gifts and products from Russia.
