This journey is a touch of a winter fairy tale. In eight days: Yakutsk – the largest city on permafrost, Lena Pillars and the legendary Oymyakon, where the Pole of Cold comes alive.
Along the way – ice crossings, the Kolyma Highway, taiga, mountain passes, rituals and dishes of the land of frosts. The main event – the “Pole of Cold” festival: Chyskhaan, reindeer sledding, ethnic music, traditions of the Yakuts and Evenks.
You will see snow-covered expanses, the silence of cliffs, a climb to the Lena Pillars, the history of the planet, and perhaps the Northern Lights. All this among people with warm hearts even in the most severe cold. A contrast for a lifetime.

Lena Pillars is a unique natural monument and geological history of the Siberian Platform. They amaze the imagination of a person who first finds themselves on the great Siberian river Lena, which cut its valley in the Prilenskoye Plateau of Central Siberia. They stretch with small breaks for 35 km. However, for about another 200 km, lonely cliffs are located in isolation against the background of screes or green slopes overgrown with forest.
